Who processes your data

The controller of your personal data is Gear OÜ, which operates the website lenzokart.ee.

What data we collect

Through the enquiry form we collect only the data you send us yourself: your name, email address, phone number, the engine or spare parts you selected, and your message. Giving a phone number is optional.

We do not use advertising networks on this website. The list of spare parts you add to an enquiry is kept only in your own browser until you send the enquiry. If you choose the light or dark view or make a choice in the cookie banner, that choice is also stored only in your own browser.

Cookies and statistics

If you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they view. Google Analytics cookies (_ga) are then stored in your browser. Without your consent, Google Analytics is not started and no data is sent to Google.

Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited. Google may also process data outside the European Union. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses, and we do not use ad personalisation or Google signals.

You can withdraw your consent at any time with the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of the page. We then delete the Google Analytics cookies from your browser.

What we use your data for

We use the data you send us to reply to your enquiry and to make you an offer.

We do not sell your data or pass it on to third parties. We do not use it to send you advertising unless you have given separate consent.

The legal basis for processing is your consent, which you give when you send the enquiry form.

Where and how long we keep your data

Enquiries arrive in our email inbox and are stored on servers in the European Union. The website and the enquiry form run on Vercel servers in Frankfurt, and the enquiry email is sent through our email provider. Both service providers process the data only on our behalf.

We keep enquiries for up to three years so that we can refer back to earlier orders and enquiries if needed. After that, we delete them.

Your rights

You have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, or to request its deletion.

To do so, write to us at info@lenzokart.ee. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you have the right to contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
